I also had similar problems, so I gave up & uninstalled the MGI Photosuite program. I'm hoping the software is somewhat intuitive for simple functions although at this point I'd be happy just to see a photo. I would really appreciate any help someone might offer. I've not found any help on MGI's knowledge base nor have I come up with the correct question for the 'Help' menu.
